Moteb bin Saeed Al-Mezani, Director General of the Gulf Accreditation Center, and His Excellency Dr. Ahmed bin Salem Al-Mandhari, Undersecretary of the Ministry for Health Planning and Regulation, came together in the vibrant city of Muscat to sign a memorandum of cooperation program.
